At Kantec Engineering, we manage the full installation and ongoing maintenance of ChemFlow Benchmount, Walk-In, Scrubber, and EduFlow Fume Cupboards, each built to meet EN 14175 safety and performance standards.
Our installation process is hands-on and precise, ensuring proper connection of all systems including airflow monitors, water and gas fixtures, vertical sash mechanisms, and any integrated safety features. For Scrubber units, we also install the full exhaust scrubbing system, including demister jets, recirculation tanks, and optional neutralisation systems ensuring safe handling of aggressive chemicals like hydrofluoric or perchloric acid.
EduFlow cupboards, tailored for science classrooms, are installed with student visibility and safety in mind, using a clear rear-view panel without compromising containment performance. Once your units are up and running, we provide scheduled maintenance, and full validation, making sure every fume cupboard continues to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with both lab and educational standards.
